Using Your Voucher for 2021


Although we were pleased to be able to open for the 2020 summer season and to welcome over 115,000 holidaymakers, we know that many of our UK holidaymakers had difficulty reaching our parks last year.

If you were among those who cancelled your holiday last year you will have received a voucher equal to the amount paid for your 2020 holiday. This can now be used towards your 2021 stay with Siblu. 

  • I had to cancel my 2020 booking, how can I use my voucher to book for 2021?

Our 2021 prices are now available which means you can now redeem your voucher and book in for your 2021 holiday. However, please remember that you will need to book over the phone if you are booking with a voucher. One of our friendly team may have already contacted you to help you book by telephone.   • What steps is Siblu taking to keep holidaymakers safe on-park?

Your health and safety remains our top priority. In 2020 we worked hard to put in place a range of safety measures, including new cleaning procedures for your mobile home, a contactless check in process, and socially-distanced entertainment.
